1. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

• Product or service was not delivered as promised.
• Duplicate or accidental transactions.
• Order was canceled within the allowed time frame.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at support@honeygold.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Digital downloads or services that have already been accessed.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Subscription fees after the start of a new billing cycle.
